What immediately catches the eye is the bright, friendly façade. This classic Gründerzeit Altbau building dates back to 1895, and has maintained its solid foundations, as well as many of its external features. It is a quiet, friendly and inviting property, consisting of three parts – a front building, a middle-house and a garden-house. In addition to beautiful stucco and ornamental elements, you will find old coffered doors, original wooden stairs, parquet floors and original wooden floorboards, as well as mosaic tiling and wrought-iron railings in the courtyard.
